After losing a short-sale house earlier this month, do to the seller passing away, we just signed a sales contract on a new home. Its on Harmony Ln, how sweet. It was built in 1955. David and i just are thrilled with everything. Talked with our lender this morning and it seems all will go smoothly. Crossing our fingers. Now to search out blogs for decor ideas!!!
